I loved reading the book and went through the variety of emotions portrayed. Simple but powerful and totally enjoyable is how I’ll summarise. The characters live long in mind, the whole detailing is beautiful (especially about Sara’s farm – makes you want to live in one) and sometimes peak on the thrill.
Background:
The whole thing about our acquaintance goes back to a few months when Mathew walks up to me in a hospital while I have dug in my head into a novel and asks with a lot of excitement “Do you read a lot of books?” Am taken aback and kept staring at this guy pondering what to answer! That was just the second book I was reading and I genuinely felt wrong to admit I am a voracious reader.
From then on, Mathew will stay in touch, recommend books and kept upto date about his first book and even gifted me a copy.
